  1. Do you still volunteer? I'm thinking about doing it. Because I have never travled alone but want to step outside my comfort zone

  2. Thanks for telling your experience. I love to hear different perspectives no matter how negative or positive. You're experience is valid.

  3. I was thinking of participating in an HQ program. But I would have to travel alone. I’m 18. Did you go alone? How is traveling by yourself?

  4. I agree Vientiane is small, however if you go out of the city and venture to Luang Prabang or Vang Vien it’s more fun, tons and tons of activities you can do. For example, balloon ride, hiking, swimming, bike ride, etc.

  5. So, I saw this ad of IVHQ in Fb few time already, and I am so interested. How this work? Cuz I check their website, and there is a fee?

  6. I'm debating between volunteering in Colombia with either IVHQ or A Broader View and can't decide. I've heard good and bad about both. Any input?

  7. well, I personally would not choose a program based on the city but the project. In addition, the classroom scene shows a lot of what is, in my opinion, wrong with volunteering. www.resposnible-volunteering.com
