SPENCER LEADS A WHITE NATIONALIST GROUP, AND HELPED ORGANIZE THE “UNITE THE RIGHT” RALLY IN CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA LAST OCTOBER, U-C AGREED TO ALLOW SPENCER TO SPEAK ON CAMPUS OVER SPRING BREAK… CITING THE RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH AT A PUBLIC UNIVERSITY. BUT, THE SCHOOL WANTED A SECURITY FEE OF NEARLY 11-THOUSAND DOLLARS.
