  1. Thank you! Love your videos. I keep hearing the terms: seed money, 1st, 2nd etc. round. Can you explain what it refers to?

  2. So have a business plan, create an executive summary, find a board of advisors or people with experience, have revenue (financial) and what's the projection.

  3. – Find VC have money
    – Have
    – Have related portfolio

Experience founder – try cari seseorang as Board (even not active)

  4. Evan you are amazing thank you all you do to help us. I have a question I have a product for the hair industry that I received a patent I have my corporation in place , sale sheets , business cards etc but I do not have the exact numbers on how this product will be made in order to get a quote . To get manufacturing cost I need schematics and there is no money for that. I have a focus group and a manager that's it. Is that enough to go before a investor .

  5. Hi Evan, great video, everything made clear sense, thanks so much. Two questions: 1. Should the business plan have a dedicated section for the exit strategy? and 2. The farther you project out revenues, the more innacurate they are likely to be, so, is there a good benchmark: 3 years, 5 years, or limit it revenues at time of exit? Thanks so much.
