    We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our prosperity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

    The first amendment: (Congress shall make no law )respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

    The second amendment: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, The right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

    The third amendment: no soldier shall in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

    The fourth amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and the effects, against unreasonable search and seizure, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or things to be seized.

    The fifth amendment: no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime,unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

    The sixth amendment: in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by and impartial jury of the state and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining the witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

    The seventh amendment; in suits at common law,where the value in controversy shall exceed $20, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, Shall be otherwise re-examined in any other court of the United States, then according to the rules of the common law.

    The eighth amendment: excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted.

    The ninth amendment; The enumeration in the constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed or denied or disparage others retained by the people.

    The 10th amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

    Nearly all of our rights at one time or another referred to our “constitutional right to free speech.“ Well this common phrase may seem harmless, it points to a larger misunderstanding of where our rights come from – A misunderstanding that undermines many of our most fundamental policy debates.

    The right way to look at rights.
    The fact is the US Constitution protects our God-given rights from government. The government does not(as the phrase above implies) Grant those rights to us as citizens. This is perhaps the most widely misunderstood aspect of our system of government.

    The idea that power of government is derived from the consent of the governed was first articulated by John Locke in his 1690 “2nd treaties of government,“ In which he wrote, “Men being as has been said, all nature, all free, equal and independent, no one can be put out or this estate and subjected to the political power of another, without his own consent.“

    Locke’s words are the underlying basis of the first amendment in the bill of rights, which reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and petition the government for a readiness of grievance.“

    Many people refer to this amendment, as their right to free speech, as though it is the first amendment that grants them the right to say whatever they like. That is looking at it the wrong way.

    Where the constitution the grantor of the right to free speech, religion, assembly and so forth, the first amendment would not start out, “Congress shall make no law.“ that part of the Settings clearly states that the government has no rightful but it’s already over those things and is blocked from infringing upon them. This is the concept of negative rights.

    A negative right is one that cannot be infringed upon by an outside force. Government is not giving you the right to free speech. That right already exists. Government is expressly forbidden from attempting to infringe on it.

    The declaration of independence asserts that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. In other words, our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are God given, not government given.

    However, if you think that we are granted our fundamental rights by the government, then you are more likely to seek additional favors from the government. If the government is the grantor of all good things, what is to stop someone from thinking up more good things that could and should be granted by our elected leaders?

    Yet our government is not Santa Claus, and our rights are not wish lists drawn up by eager tots on Christmas Eve. Any fair-minded Reading of the constitution feels that it does not grant us the wonderful rights we embrace. It handcuffs the government from infringing upon them. Or at least it used to be that way.

    Our founding fathers did not see government as a benevolent Santa Claus granting and ever-expanding wish list of rights. Rather, they reviewed government as a necessary evil- far preferable to anarchy, but nonetheless a serious threat to liberty.

    Liberty was the ultimate goal of our founders, and for its sake,they were willing to lay down their lives. In the famous words of Patrick Henry, “Is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?
    Forbid it,Almighty God! I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!“

    The spirit continues to inspire oppressed people around the world. It should inspire all of us fortunate enough to live here every day. It certainly should detour us from taking that our rights come from anyone other than God.

    Definition of Infringement:
    1 The action of breaking the terms of a law, agreement, etc.; violation.
    2 The action of limiting or undermining something.

    What country can preserve its liberties if it's rulers are not warned from time to time that there are people who preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take up arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, not to pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure".

    TI IS TIME TO RETURN THE POWER BACK TO THE PEOPLE.

    If it does not fit the narrative of the oligarchy then it will be stricken from history. There is no need or want of truth in a totalitarian nation.
    You will be told how to work what to eat what to wear and what to say or not to say.

    Most Americans are unaware that the republic was lost when the federal government initiated the patriot act.
    The patriot act gave the federal government full control of the nations by way of creating standing armies to maintain federal law and order on non-federal property. Hints The NSA and HSA combined with state and local police departments by way of deputization.
    Democrat Joe Biden wrote the patriot act and republican George Bush Junior implemented it. Every president that has come afterward has reinstated it.
    Surprise there are no two sides of government in the United States.
    Our vote is a false sense of choice to elude us from the truth that the federal government has seized control of the United States.

    The framers of the constitutions number one fear was that the federal government would become too powerful and over reaching so they tried to restrict the federal governments Power over the people.

    As for culture, the West isnt even a Christian culture necessarily, you've got very soft Christian traditions and practices, because Christianity has been modernized and brought into the 21st century, via very strong moderate Christian views.
    In other words, Christianity is but a shadow of its former glory, and most Christians are just Sunday Church Christians, and thats being generous, since most dont even go to Church every Sunday.

    Christianity is secondary at best, when it comes to Western civilization, and the landmark primary characteristics would probably be: Individualism, Consumerism, Capitalism, Freedom of Speech, Private Property, etc.
