  1. I've been using the framework since it was first published in 2011 and have started seeing some transformative learning within my own organization. It is an excellent way of articulating value to stakeholders beyond the usual expected vanity metrics usually associated with online activities. Yes, I look forward to learn more about this approach. It would be interesting to explore further the drivers and barriers to the 'value chain' (immediate, potential, applied, realised, transformative value), and to the feedback loops. I suspect that Communities of Practice might have an increasingly important role in driving both the value chain and encouraging feedback/sharing of lessons learned.
