Hi I’m Kristina from DECIEM The Abnormal Beauty Company and I’m so excited to be joining the closing session at the Learning Technologies Conference on embedding a learning culture. I think the hardest thing in any organisation is getting our learners excited about taking charge of their own learning. We all know that is the most important aspect of a successful learning program but how do we make it happen? I think we’ve all heard about learning experience platforms and I’ve had the privilege of partnering with Thrive an amazing learning experience platform and bringing that technology into DECIEM where we’ve been able to move away from lengthy learning programs and really into learning moments to transform what we even consider to be a learning experience I want to talk to you all about that mindset shift and my journey of making that transition and approaching user driven content in a really new and fresh way. So excited to share some of my learnings piloting this technology at DECIEM and understanding the significance of a really well-thought out pilot and experimenting with different call to actions and campaign for learning to really understand what it is that our global community wants understanding the power of a learning platform both as your internal global comms tool and as your LMS system and of really embedding a culture of co-constructed learning where everybody is involved. We’ve been experiencing some incredible success here from an amazing global launch to sustained engagement and enthusiasm from our users and I’d love to chat about that with you all we’re still learning here at DECIEM as well so really excited to also learn from you take your questions and just have a great discussion on how to leverage different technologies to create a truly meaningful and shared learning culture where everybody is excited and really takes charge of their learning. Can’t wait to see you all.
