  1. Just last weekend a tourist was getting pulled out in a current, me and my cousin ran over with a board and motioned to him to swim in an angle to the shore. He then was able to swim in after our help. His wife on the other hand (ungrateful …..) was like “why is he out there!?”, “he needs to be watching the kids”. I looked at her like, are you serious? She had one mean attitude and was telling us “my husband doesn’t need help, he knows how to swim” as she stood there with her arms crossed rolling her eyes. Me and cuz was like whatever’s dummy. This isn’t a fricken lake, we get mean waves and currents that he got caught in but she wanted to stick her nose up and be ignorant. The husband said thanks, the wife just walked away. We never run to help to make like we heroes, we did it because it was pono.
