  1. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT that is like the snazziest dentist's office ever! O_o o_O O_O

Good thing that Kyuho got his dental problem covered! 😅😄🙏

  3. Why did they put a crown on? A regular filling would not have been enough? I though crowns were necessary only after a root canal.

  4. Wow! It looks really good! What a great dentist! I need to get my molars taken out too ugh…. This process did remind me a lot of how they do things here in the states. I love Sarah putting chapstick on Kyuho haha. So sweet.

  5. That was neat to watch. I appreciated the walkthrough of different crown materials. Now to get those wisdom teeth out.

  6. I used to be Mr. Tony Medina's student while he runned an English Academy/Hagwon known as Wurischool. He was such a great teacher, taught me great lessons like never discriminate any people by their looks. Well I met him after he quit from teaching English and while he started his business, and still he's still the humble person that I used to know when I was a little kid. Anyways Thank you Kyuho for uploading this video. It's always amazing to watch Tony at a youtube video.

  7. I am curious as to how much dental work costs there. I have had extensive work to my back teeth and it has cost thousands out of pocket. My insurance only cover 50% of a crown. I had a crown that was metal and covered with porcelain on my lower right side, that was done a few years ago and it recently failed. Needless to say the whole thing had to come out…ouch…and I have to have a bridge placed in. My part is $1200.
I never had issues when I was young, it has only been the past few years that all of these issues started.
Pro tip, take care of your teeth, brush and floss daily and get teeth cleaned regularly.

  8. I had an out of body experience at the gym when the notification for this came out. Thought it was sunday and feared for my school requirements.

  9. I had all four wisdom teeth removed but it was my choice 😱 i can totally understand how traumatizing it can be to have that happen and not now why it happened 😭

  10. So happy for Kyuho !!! Cheers to you !!!!
( From personal experience , i always prefer to go back to Taipei City , because I had many good results with my teeth there & my dentist is someone i knew for ages about my history . I trust my taiwanese dentist & the medical system there ! Especially Asian medical system such as Taiwan & Korea , where they go through the medical procedure . (As for the cultural shock , when my friends ask me to take them to my dentist , they would be surprised that so much information and standards are told in communication rather then just give you lots of paperwork to sign .)

  11. Will Kyuho be getting his wisdom teeth removed? And what's the culture like around dental cleaning in Korea? I know at least in the US they reccomend going every 6 months to do a cleaning for good dental health

  13. sooooo happy to see this video! im super scared of the dentist -they're so awful in London that im waiting to come back to seoul to fix them (not ideal but id rather wait then have an English butcher dentist lol) kyuho i know what you mean about the little seeds kk.. and chia seeds are the worst!

  14. It’s hilarious. I just came out of the dentist to cure a cavity and I found a related video from you! 😂
I think you’ve been brave Kyuho! I had to have 3 anestesia injections because I couldn’t resist the pain and I also panicked quite a bit 😭😨

  15. I remember Tony from your holiday party video. What a great company for foreigners living in Seoul. I’m a colorectal cancer survivor, with a genetic condition. I still have complications to this day, so my biggest fear is traveling abroad. I fear, not being able to get my point across, should anything happen, so God Bless Tony and his team for creating this company! I’m so glad that they were able to fit Kyuho with the perfect high tech dentist, to help him out. Thank you for sharing!

  16. This hasn’t got anything to do with the video :/ but for a future Q&A: Sarah was it difficult to find a job at first in Korea, due to being a foreigner? And what job options were there other than teaching English?

  17. So how much does it cost? work like that here in Norway is really expensive. So it would have been nice to know and compare prices

  18. Very nice dental office. The green thingy on the face would have to go…too claustrophobic for that. 🤣😂 Fortunately they seem very accommodating. How does the “tools on the chest” work out for female patients? Especially ladies on the more busty side? Just curious because females in my family have that problem. They would have to search the valleys to find the tools because the tools would be falling off the mountains. 😂🤣🤪

  19. I'm watching it after getting done with my orthodontist appointment lol.
Kyuho got his scaling done Yay! Haha dental system and practices is exact similar here with all fancy dental clinic interior. But that face covering is something really shocking!!

  20. Very informative video! Nothing gives me as much anxiety as teeth stuff. I have had TMJ for about 10 years and I recently got new guards. I have teeth insurance for the national dentist in Sweden so I’m lucky. Dentistry isn’t free in Sweden but normal healthcare is.

  21. Im currently on week 2 of my temporary crown! Im getting mine fully done the 31st. Cool to see some of the differences but its really the same as the process i went through in the U.S.

  22. Oh wow that practice looks awesome! I wish I could work there 😂 thankyou for sharing the experience. It's great to see how other countries and cultures carry out their treatments 💜

  23. I feel for Kyuho! I have all four of my wisdom teeth and they are all basically sideways in there, but my number one fear is the dentist. I know I need to take care of them, but it's the worst anxiety ever over the dentist.

  24. I must say Tonny is beffed up… now that I said that, moving on to the video, wow! What an amazing dental clinic, much nicer than the one I go to in the heart on San Diego. I got crowns done after root canals, and I was never told I had an option in materials ?! Thank you for explaining that, I love it when professionals explain things and let you decide, instead of making the desicions for you.

  25. Thanks, this was an incredibly informative video, especially about the cultural differences. It's really great you guys decided to make a video about Kyuho's experience😁

  26. yoooo, i just went to the orthodontist to get braces AGAINNNNN… man we are so in sync!

i really enjoyed the video! thank you two for your hard work!

  27. I thought this video was going to be boring because novody wanted to see a dental video. But i’m glad i watched it, highly entertaining to see how a dental office works in korea.

  28. My dentist in Northern VA has used this 3D technology for same day crown creation for years. Dr. Darvishian's NoVa practice rocks. Her spouse's a techy and took over the crown crafting It's pretty amazing and upgraded several system several times. 3 crowns each done at 3 hrs from start to finish. 🙏 can't believe he still has wisdom teeth!

  29. I really enjoyed that!!! I actually like going to the Dentist, I have a very good one, so pleasant 😁. I’m so amazed at the technology at this place in Seoul!!! Very jealous!!!

  30. Omg, I woke up this morning and saw your video. I had my crown replaced today! As I was laying there, I was thinking about your experience. Ha ha!

  31. This was a really cool video. Kyuho, you’re a really good sport to go through this!
Makes me wonder if I shouldn’t pop in for a teeth cleaning the next time I’m in Korea. It seems like it would be a much better experience for me than here in the US (and likely more cost effective). I’m probably the odd one out, but that face covering would be great for me. I hate all the polish and water flying all over my face during dental work.
Also, is it weird to still have your wisdom teeth? I’m almost 40 and have all 4 of mine (they’re not turned or impacted though, so that’s why).

  32. I am sorry. But with the green mask on and your mouth open and biting you looked like an alien from the movie Alien! Scary! 😱😱😱

  33. Dang, this type of video really showcases how technically advanced a country like Korea is. Holy crap there was so much amazing technology to make all those tooth adjustments happen. I feel like this blows away the type of tech we use here in North America in dentistry.

  34. Tony didn't mind putting his fingers in your mouth, what a great friend! 😁 I'm glad it was explained to you the differences in their practices, I was really curious too!

  35. Sorry Kyuho, that was really interesting to watch , lol …and hard to watch too as I hate going to the dentist . I sit on my hands because I am afraid if they hit a nerve I might knock out the dentist lol . Hope you get those wisdom teeth seen to soon . Your friend Tony is great ..you can tell he is a humble young man . And you are a great sport Kyuho to let us watch your procedure.

  36. Great informative video. Glad you finally were able to fix your cavity Kyuho. We all have a fear of the dentist. I don't mind mine, they're really nice, so I'm pretty lucky. @ToniyMedina. I first saw you on @We Fancy, I thought what a really nice and professional guy. I too had to remove 3 of my wisdom teeth. But it was my choice. Because I wanted to get Invisalign. They needed to extract my wisdom teeth. to make room. My teeth were too crowded. They were going to remove all 4 but decided the last bottom teeth were too close to the nerve and didn't recommend it. The experience wasn't that bad. I wasn't on any "laughing gas." They just gave local anesthetic. Sorry about your bad experience. And I was also curious, why you chose Korea to start your business.

  37. Oh wow I went to the same dental clinic and I didn’t like my experience. The dentist I met with didn’t wear gloves and had hands that smelled like cigarettes; it was like he didn’t wash his hands at all. I think it was that same dentist lol
I also found the English speaking help to be quite pushy.

I also didn’t get a cultural differences guide to read so I was annoyed when they put tools on my chest. They should simply have little carts to put the tools on.
